Kim King Associates is a full-service real estate firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. It was founded in 1972 by the legendary Georgia Tech quarterback and influential Atlanta business leader, Kim King. With almost 50 years of experience and $900 Million in projects, the company maintains a varied portfolio with Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use developments throughout the Southeast. Now under the leadership of Kim’s three children, the firm has built on its founder’s legacy with a diverse portfolio that includes developments like Technology Square, Hotel Palomar and Centergy in Midtown as well as a variety of asset classes in the Metro area such as Cumberland Pointe Shopping Center in Cobb County.
