Wylie Hotel
KKA, in partnership with Ross Hotel Partners, purchased this historic property in 2019. Just steps from the Beltline and Ponce City Market in the heart of the Old Fourth Ward, the property was built in the 1920’s as a hotel. The existing building was in disrepair and the only salvageable portion was the front façade. After an 111 room new construction addition, Wylie Hotel opened in Spring 2021. Mrs. P’s Bar and Kitchen is located on the main level and offers a selection of locally sourced, Southern fare along with a full bar.

Centergy One
Centergy One was developed by Kim King Associates, LLC as a Class “A” speculative multi-tenant office building. Initial construction began on April 26, 2001 and was completed on August 24, 2003, 14 days ahead of schedule and $100,000 under budget.

Kim King Associates, LLC is the proud developer of the Hotel Palomar – a 210,362 sf, 20-story, 304 key Kimpton Palomar Hotel. The former Hotel Palomar features a 4,552 sf destination restaurant/lounge, 6,154 sf rooftop terrace bar, a state of the art fitness center and 10,583 sf of meeting and banquet facilities. Technology Square Research Building
Kim King Associates, LLC was the lead developer of the Technology Square Research Building (TSRB) @ Centergy. TSRB was completed in December 2002, 29 days ahead of schedule and $1.8 million under budget.
TSRB is home to the Georgia Electronic Design Center (GEDC). GEDC is a state sponsored economic development initiative to make Georgia a world leader in the design of broadband communications systems, devices and chips — the next generation of broadband infrastructure.

Metropointe Lofts
Kim King Associates, LLC and Collegiate Holdings, LLC developed this 368 unit student housing project located at 800 W. Marietta Street. Construction began in July of 2004. This unique project has the look and feel of Midtown Lofts, but is available to lease by the bedroom. MetroPointe Lofts offers an outstanding amenity package that includes an over-sized pool, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a game room, a fitness center, and a club room with a big screen TV.

MidCity Lofts
MidCity Lofts is a 133-unit loft condominium development in Midtown Atlanta located one block east of Centergy, and adjacent to the historic Biltmore Hotel. The project features amenities including a roof top pool, clubhouse, exercise room, office and lobby.
Initial construction began on April 26, 2001 and was completed on August 24, 2002, 23 days ahead of schedule and $250,000 under budget. Approximately 70% of the units were already under contract prior to occupancy in August 2002 and as of March 2004, 100% of the units had been sold with the construction loan having been fully repaid on July 21, 2003, less than 12 months after project completion.Awards for the project include:
