Wylie Hotel

KKA, in partnership with Ross Hotel Partners, purchased this historic property in 2019. Just steps from the Beltline and Ponce City Market in the heart of the Old Fourth Ward, the property was built in the 1920’s as a hotel. The existing building was in disrepair and the only salvageable portion was the front façade. After an 111 room new construction addition, Wylie Hotel opened in Spring 2021. Kim King Associates, LLC was the lead developer of the Technology Square Research Building (TSRB) @ Centergy. TSRB was completed in December 2002, 29 days ahead of schedule and $1.8 million under budget.

MidCity Lofts is a 133-unit loft condominium development in Midtown Atlanta located one block east of Centergy, and adjacent to the historic Biltmore Hotel. The project features amenities including a roof top pool, clubhouse, exercise room, office and lobby.
